Order processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. If your shipment will be significantly delayed, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
- Custom, made-to-order, or oversized items may require additional processing time. Any special lead times will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping destinations
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. Availability may vary by product, carrier limitations, and local regulations.
- Domestic shipping: Available where supported by our carriers.
- International shipping: May be available to select countries/regions.
Shipping rates & fees
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and the items purchased. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
- For oversized/heavy items, freight or special handling fees may apply and will be shown at checkout or quoted before shipment.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time is an estimate and begins after your order has shipped (not when it is placed). Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
- You will be provided a delivery estimate once your order has been placed.
- You will get an email confirmation once your order has been shipped for the delivery estimate.
- Since, these are estimates, these should be considered as estimated only, not guranttees, and are subject to change, depending upong the supply chain and other factors outside our control.
Carriers, tracking & shipment confirmation
- We use reputable carriers and/or local delivery partners based on destination and package size.
- When available, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after label creation.
Customs, duties & international taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
Customs policies vary widely; contact your local customs office for details. Customs clearance delays are outside our control.
Incorrect address & failed delivery attempts
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge reshipping fees or deduct shipping costs from any refund where permitted by law.
Damaged, missing, or lost packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier. Then contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim where applicable.
- Once a package is in the carrier's possession, delivery timelines and scan accuracy are managed by the carrier. We will still help you navigate next steps.
Returns related to shipping
If your order is eligible for return, return shipping terms (including who pays return shipping) will be described in our Returns/Refund Policy or provided at the time of your return request.
